KIND LED K5 XL1000 panels are fully customizable by adjusting the 3 channels of led diodes (red, white & blue). You can adjust the intensity from 1 to 100 percent on each of the channels giving you an unlimited number of adjustments. The panel has 12 bands of light providing a full spectrum of light for your plants.
Sunrise & Sunset Function
The sunrise function gently intensifies as time goes on throughout the middle of the day. During sunset, the intensity dims and eventually goes dark. This exact function has been built into the panel to fully mimic mother nature. In fact, there are a total of eight different stages that the panel goes through as it turns on and turns off, giving your garden a gentle awakening in the morning, and a gentle pattern of darkness as it dims during the sunset.
Pulse Width Modulation Dimming
Uses Pulse Width Modulation Dimming (PWM). PWM dimming allows the LED panel to only consume as much power as it needs to drive the diodes at their set level of brightness. This ensures the watts being drawn will be at its lowest while providing the optimal light output, saving you money.
Secondary Optical Lens
It uses secondary optical lenses to focus and intensify each LED output, magnifying PAR (Photosynthetic Active Radiation) and canopy penetration up to 200%, reaching down to the stem to give you fuller plants, more flower area. It reaches the secondary and tertiary levels of your plants to create a higher overall number of viable dense flowering sites, maximizing your yield.
The KIND K5 XL1000 panel has an 8 stage built-in timer that is integrated and customizable. You can control all functions from the remote. This makes it easy to change spectrum settings, adjust the timer, turn the light on or off without having to reach over your plants. When your plants are fully developed you may find this challenging with other lights. Another added benefit is you can control multiple units from one remote.
All growers know that a timer is required to set the hours used per day. During the vegetative stage is recommended to have the lights on for 18 hours while during the flowering stage 12 hours is best. Most LED lights require an external timer to control the lights. The built-in fully customizable timer can be controlled from the included remote.
The KIND XL1000 panel only uses 650 watts at full intensity while putting out the light equivalent of a 1000 watt HPS bulb. That is a 35% less energy compared to a HPS bulb with the same light output.
The panel has eight high speed fans that draw air in from the sides and blowing over the large aluminum heatsinks and out the top.
It covers a 5' x 5' indoor garden, replacing a 1000 watt HPS bulb, while only drawing 650 watts. This is the perfect panel to use with a 5' x 5' grow tent.
3 & 5 Watt LED Diodes
KIND LED K5 XL1000 grow lights have the optimal combination of 3 & 5 watt diodes to produce the ideal spectrum of light going to your plants. There are 320 diodes used in the panel.

Final Thoughts - KIND LED K5 XL1000
It has an 8 stage built-in timer that can be controlled by the remote. It is the only panel that attempts to simulate sunrise and sunset for a more natural lighting.
With a full customizable spectrum you are totally in control of your indoor marijuana garden during the vegetative and flowering stages. You are guaranteed to get increased yields compared to using HPS. This is the only panel I can say for sure that will not disappoint anyone.
